I only got to know Peter for a very short time, but during the little space of existance when I worked at CompuClub, I quickly began looking forward to a work day when Peter was teaching at my location. Always the quickest with a joke, it became my personal challenge to try and beat him to the punchline: it rarely happened. I don't think anyone who ever met the guy disliked him, at least not that I could tell. He never had a bad word for anyone. As for his ties, well, that was another treat; one could always look forward to a good lesson in tie fashion from the master every day. Peter was a genuinely nice guy. I am heartbroken to hear of his passing as I am sure anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him must be as well. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
