Back in 1995, I left for Europe for a couple of weeks, and left Peter in charge of my cat Minou (remember that Peter was my next door neighbor for several years). However, not being much of a pet person, Peter lost the cat. While we were able to find it after a few days at the animal shelter, the story of the lost cat had become a running joke between us, which we would always evoke with a smile whenever I had to give him some sensitive mission.
